✔ Original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must remain intact.

✔ Customized, personalized, or specially marked non-returnable items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale products (where mentioned)
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Promotional or stock-clearance items marked as non-returnable
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

✔ Provide your Order ID along with the reason for return.
✔ Once approved, return instructions will be shared by our team.
✔ Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved returns are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it before approving the refund.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Exchange & Replacement
✔ Exchanges are subject to product availability.
✔ If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
✔ Approved exchange or replacement requests are generally completed within 5–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Clear photo or video evidence is required for verification.
✔ Once verified, an exchange, replacement, or refund will be arranged as applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
✔ Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
✔ Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Governing Law
